Melifera is a brand of French spirits distilled in Charente Maritime with immortelle flowers grown on the island of Oléron.

A first organic Gin, two other Gins, and two creations: the Spritz des Dunes and the Elégia liqueur… all inspired by the immortelle.

Melifera is a French organic gin, distilled in Charente Maritime with immortelle flowers grown and harvested by hand in Oléron.
The everlasting flower so present in the dunes inspired us to create a unique Gin, capturing that evocative scent of coming up from the beach.

The immortelle flower and its fragrance bring a unique character to all our spirits.

Melifera Edizione Corsa and Melifera Evasion edition complete the Gin trilogy: A floral Gin, a spicier Gin and a fruitier Gin.

The Spritz des Dunes and the Elégia liqueur are other creations, all distilled with organic immortelles from our Garden.

Since the immortelle is a protected flower, we decided to cultivate it in the north of the island of Oléron, on the Melifera Garden, a plot of land cultivated using agroecology. The garden embodies all our commitments to biodiversity, particularly the Apis Mellifera Mellifera (black bee), from which we borrow our name.
